What we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have. In short: we collect very little, and nothing without a reason.
Who we are
Suksm.ai ("Suksm", "we", "us") builds and operates AI agents for enterprise operations. This policy covers the information handled by this website. If you become a client, data handling for the services themselves is governed by the agreement we sign with you, not this page.

What we collect, and why
Information you send us
The contact form on this site does not store or transmit anything to us by itself. It prepares an email in your own email app, addressed to contact@suksm.ai, containing the name, email address and phone number you typed. Nothing is sent until you press send, and you can edit or discard the email first. If you email us, we use your details only to respond and to follow up on your enquiry.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and what devices they use. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects device identifiers, approximate location, and usage data. We use this in aggregate to improve the site; we do not use it to identify you personally. You can learn how Google processes this data at policies.google.com/privacy, and opt out of Google Analytics across all sites with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Fonts
This site loads the Inter typeface from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches the font files, your IP address is transmitted to Google. No cookies are set by this request.
Server logs
Like almost every website, our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and reliability. These are retained for a limited period and are not used for marketing.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't run advertising or share your information with advertisers. We don't use marketing trackers or social-media pixels. There are no accounts or logins on this site, and we don't collect payment information.
Cookies
The only cookies this site sets are those used by Google Analytics (names typically beginning with _ga). They are used for measurement, not advertising. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings; the site works fine without them.
Who we share information with
Google (analytics and fonts, as described above) and our website hosting provider are the only third parties involved in running this site. Each processes data on our behalf under their own published terms. We will disclose information if the law genuinely requires it.
International transfers
Our service providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and India. Where legally required, these transfers rely on the providers' standard safeguards, such as approved contractual clauses.
How long we keep things
Emails you send us are kept for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and our business relationship, then deleted. Analytics data is retained under Google Analytics' standard retention settings and is aggregate in nature.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the EU/UK under GDPR and various other jurisdictions), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to complain to your local data-protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@suksm.ai and we will respond promptly.
Children
This site is aimed at business audiences and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the site handles data, we will update this page and the effective date above. Meaningful changes will be visible here before they take effect.
